| When the phone rings in your home some evening, it could be a student ambassador calling to thank you for a gift you’ve made or to ask you to consider supporting Binghamton University. The student callers are employed by the Binghamton University Foundation and are earning money to help pay for their educational expenses. They are bright, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They can answer questions you may have about special events and programs at BU. And the donations and pledges they obtain from people like you go directly  to fund scholarships, grants and awards, faculty hiring and retention, research, and academic, career development and alumni programs at Binghamton University.If you’re a BU alumnus or parent, please take a few moments to chat when a student contacts you. If you’re a student interested in a job at the telefund, we can tell you that it’s fun, it’s a great way to build your resume, and it’s one of the best-paying jobs on campus. STUDENT EMPLOYMENT |
