Giving Societies

Every gift to Binghamton University makes a difference, regardless of size. In addition, your gift may entitle you to membership in one of these societies:

Leadership Society
This society is dedicated to recognizing supporters who give $1,000 or more annually.

Pegasus Society
This society recognizes alumni and friends with cumulative giving of at least $250,000 and organizations, foundations and corporations with cumulative giving of at least $1 million. Alumni and friends who have given $1 million or more are recognized as Distinguished members of the Pegasus Society. Similarly, this status is conferred upon organizations, foundations and corporations with cumulative giving of at least $5 million.

Esther W. Couper Heritage Society
Named in honor of one of Binghamton University’s most generous donors, the Esther W. Couper Heritage Society recognizes alumni and friends who have made a commitment to the Binghamton University Foundation through their wills or other planned gifts.
